Accommodation at TOBB ETU Guest House
We plan to arrange the conference accommodations at the TOBB ETU Guest House.
The Guest House, located within the university campus and just a 200-meter walking distance from the conference area, will be pleased to welcome you. Every room includes a separate bathroom with hot water 24 hours a day. Accommodation will be offered in single or double rooms with buffet breakfast.
Accommodation is available in both single and double rooms at the Guest House, and the accommodation rates are provided in the Accommodation Request Form below.
Participants who plan to stay at the TOBB ETU Guest House during the conference are kindly requested to complete and submit the Accommodation Request Form below. Accommodation requests will be evaluated, and applicants will be informed as soon as possible.
Please be aware that unauthorized individuals, fraudulent websites, or unofficial email addresses may contact participants and send payment links claiming to collect accommodation fees on behalf of ATSF 2026 or the TOBB ETÜ Guest House.
Please DO NOT make any accommodation payment through links sent by third parties and DO NOT share your credit card or banking information.
No online or credit-card payment is required for your Guest House reservation.

Since the conference website is publicly accessible, third parties may use publicly available information to make fraudulent messages appear legitimate. If you have the slightest doubt about any payment request, link, invoice, or accommodation-related message, please contact us for confirmation before taking any action.
