Registration Steps

Conference registration consists of three steps:

1. Complete the Registration Form: To register for the conference, you must fill out the registration form below. After you submit the form, your name will be added to the list of participants within a few days.

2. Submit the Abstract File: After completing the form, please prepare your abstract using the specified LaTeX template and send it to atsf2026@gmail.com and atsf2026@etu.edu.tr. (Please visit the Abstracts section for details)
3. Pay the Registration Fee: Within one week after you send your abstract, the acceptance/rejection decision will be emailed to you. If your abstract is accepted, payment details will be provided.

Registration Fee Coverage

The registration fee covers:

• participation in all sessions
• one paper presentation
• publication charges for one accepted paper

• participation in the conference dinner
• participation in the conference lunches
• e-book of abstracts
• program booklet
• conference materials
• coffee, tea, soft drinks, and cookies

Cancellation Policy

• 80% refund – for cancellations made no later than 30 days before the first day of the conference.
• 50% refund – for cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the first day of the conference.
• No refund – for cancellations made within 14 days prior to the conference start date.

Remarks

• If your accompanying person attends the conference lunches and conference dinner, an additional 50 EUR per person will be charged.
• For the presentation of two papers, 1.5 registration fees are required.
• The registration fee does not cover the accommodation fee (Please visit the Accommodation section for details) .
• The registration fee does not cover the excursion fee on September 5, 2026. (Please follow the Program section for up-to-date information about the excursion program).
